The C.A.R. CARES Foundation: Uniting Efforts for Greater Impact

The California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) has announced the launch of the CARES Foundation, a new initiative designed to bring together four of C.A.R.’s long-standing charitable programs: the Housing Affordability Fund, Disaster Relief Fund, Scholarship Foundation, and Education Foundation.

For more than 75 years, these programs have empowered California REALTORS® to make a meaningful difference, shaping both the real estate industry and the lives of countless Californians.

Officially launching in January 2026, the CARES Foundation will unify these efforts under one umbrella, creating a stronger, more coordinated approach to philanthropy.
