ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership are two organizations linked together by a common belief and a common passion. They believe associations have the power to transform society for the better. Their passion is to help association professionals achieve previously unimaginable levels of performance. They do this by nurturing a community of really smart, creative, and interesting people – its members. In short, we connect great ideas and great people.

At the Association Forum of Chicagoland, their mission is to “advance the professional practice of association management.” The Forum is the “association of associations” — a community of more than 3,500 members including the CEOs and staff professionals from nearly 1,500 membership organizations. Serving as a “living learning laboratory,” Forum provides local education programs, facilitates peer-to-peer connections, models best practices and publishes the award-winning FORUM magazine.

The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) represents more than 30,000 members in 200 chapters throughout the world, working to advance philanthropy through advocacy, research, education and certification programs. The association fosters development and growth of fundraising professionals and promotes high ethical standards in the fundraising profession.

Since 1988, the Association Foundation Group (AFG) has been the only organization in the country dedicated to you, the association fundraising and association foundation professional. The mission of AFG is to serve association fundraising and association foundation professionals by providing education, research and information resources necessary to meet the unique needs of this community.

The American Association of Medical Society Executives (AAMSE) is the professional association of over 1,300 medical society executives and staffspecialists. Through its more than 300 member organizations, AAMSE advances the profession of medicine through education, communication of knowledge, leadership development and collaboration.
